Police responded to a shots fired call at 9:11 pm on the 1600 block of N Roy Reynolds at a Shell Gas Station.
According to police, two men began arguing and one man brought out a weapon and shot the other.
The shooting suspect took off on foot.
Jonathan Samuel Arthur, 38 was killed in the altercation. Police are still looking for the suspect.
